My fees are:

• Therapeutic initial interview is 70 minutes and costs $230

• Subsequent therapy sessions are 50 minutes and cost $160

• Psychological testing and assessment interview is 70 minutes and costs $400

• Psychological testing and assessment cost is $1600

Payment is due in full at the time of the session.  I accept cash, check or Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please come approximately 20-25 minutes prior to the initial interview to complete paperwork.  For the initial interview, I find it very beneficial to only meet with the parents/legal guardians in order to learn about the child's concerns, history of concerns, developmental history, academic history, etc. If parents are unable to come alone, the child or adolescent can be present. There is another room for your child to wait in.  

Insurance

I am not an “in-network provider” so that I am able to maintain a greater level of confidentiality with medical records.  Because in-network providers are required to share more information with insurance companies, I am free to keep notes completely private.  You may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost of therapy through out-of-network benefits.  This means I will provide you with a receipt to send to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.  I do not bill insurance companies directly.  If you have out-of-network benefits, you will receive money back directly from your carrier.  The amount of compensation depends on your individual plan.
